By using Polylexi, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our product.
1. Use of Service
You may use Polylexi only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, including generating harmful, illegal, or offensive content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by failure to safeguard your credentials.
3. Translation Credits and Payments
Polylexi uses translation credits for generating translations, grammar explanations, and vocabulary lists. Credit bundles are sold as one-time purchases and are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing and available bundles may change at any time with notice to users.
4. Free Usage
A limited free usage (default translation credits) is available for new accounts to test the service. We reserve the right to change, limit, or discontinue free usage at any time without prior notice.
5. User Content
Users may submit text for translation and analysis. You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not violate any applicable laws, including copyright or intellectual property restrictions. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Polylexi.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
